Re: [-empyre-] disrupting the right-right

I collaborate with my brother on gossippop.
My background is as in fine art and his is as a musician.
Everyone is curious about the nature of the collaboration i.e. exactly who
does what.
Authorship still seems to be an important issue in the production of
artwork.
yeah re: what sam says I don't see how people can work together without
collaborating... if you mean contributing seperately to a single project I
think that's still collaboration.
Also in regard to Melinda's comment about gossippop appropriating images and
text from mass media (ACP to be precise) I had a very scary meeting with a
lawyer from the Australian Copyright Council... She asked me what I had at
'stake', implying I shouldn't mess with these dudes. I told her I had
everything and nothing at stake. But I'd love to be sued.
Sue me please Mr. Packer if you're listening!!
By the way. saw media previews of the ACMI and NGV exhibitions and they look
super-duper! Well done everyone! Can't wait to have the time to really
engage...
:-) sue
